Within the scope of publicly funded projects, we research microelectronics for medical technology, silicon photonics, GaN power electronics, image sensor technology and neuromorphic hardware for AI.

The entry into a cooperation with us can be initiated by a free initial consultation, followed by a feasibility assessment, which in turn may generate a cooperation agreement or a development contract. At the same time, we provide access to funding programs with which innovative projects of small and medium-sized enterprises can be financially supported.

IMS CHIPS has an extensive range of semiconductor process services, which are described in our Individual Process List. We provide processing cycles as well as measurement services in combination with technical consulting for research & development where required or the support of manufacturing lines as a service.
