Welcome to our 19th Beams & More workshop!

Recent global events have once more emphasized the importance of intact supply chains and stable business relationships in order to maintain a solid business flow.

Our Beams & More workshop is intended to bring together customer and partners of the IMS, enable mutual exchange of information about current activities and help strengthen and expand business relations.

We are, therefore, excited to present a number of excellent contributions from areas, such as EUV-, e-beam- and optical-lithography, nanoimprint, photonics, micro-optics, metrology and more.

Due to existing corona restrictions, the workshop will be held as a hybrid event. The speakers will be on site in Stuttgart and the contributions will be streamed live.
