This time the GenISys BEAMeeting will take place at IMS CHIPS Stuttgart. The workshop will be held on April 10th – 11st, 2024.

The IMS will be represented with a poster at the SPIE Advanced Lithography 2024 in San Jose, USA.

In this newsletter (issue 1, 2023) we would like to give you some highlights of our ongoing activities at the Institut fuer Mikroelektronik Stuttgart.

The MikroSystemTechnik Kongress will be held in Dresden from Oktober 23th thru Oktober 25th, 2023.

10 – 11 Oct 2023. The IMS is represented at the joint booth of the future cluster QSens at Quantum Effects 2023 in Stuttgart.

Oct. 11st, 2023 – Oct. 13th, 2023; Seminar of the Technical Academy Esslingen. Location: IMS

September, 25th – 28th, 2023. The IMS will be represented with a booth at the MNE 2023 in Berlin.

August 27th, 2023 –Institut für Mikroelektronik Stuttgart has successfully put into operation all cleanroom equipment funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Stuttgart July 4th, 2023 – significant progress in energy conservation over the past year.
